Well, this fall there will be a major update released into the Xbox 360 Live world. The update will completely re-vamp the Xbox 360 Dashboard. Now I have a Xbox 360 and I really like the dashboard currently, I’m not sure if I am going to like the update….
The main thing is Avatars - you create your-self on your xbox, pretty similar to when you create a Sim in any Sims game. The avatars are going to be used in games and online. Heres some images and a demo from E3:
This is kinda a wii channel and wii mii’s mashup with itunes cover flow and a mini PS3 home edition for you to ‘party’ with 7 other friends. I don’t get it! I LOVE the dhashboard now the blades are awesome, look clean, are easy to navigate and use the screen so much nicer in terms of screen real estate. I doubt there will ne an option to keep your old theme though:/

, naaa its an update you have to download, which sucks. I completely agree the blade affect works real well, also when you were playing a game and you hit the home button, you can see a mini-dashboard that pops out on the left.
