Hey Guys,
A few months ago I blogged about Google Android, to some it up, Google have made an Operating System for Mobile Phone Devices. A lot of people are comparing this to the iPhone 3G, but we shall see. Heres what I think:

T-Mobile will be selling this device. It is expected to cost a nice £108. Which is the same price as the iPhone 3G 8GB. The G1 Mobile Phone will be all around Google. Y’know Google?
It will have built into it:
- Google Search
- Google Maps
- Gmail
- Google Calendar
- Google Talk
- YouTube
It will be available in the United States October 22nd and will be sold in pretty much all T-Mobile stores and online. Sadly it will not be available for Pay/Go. The contracts are as follows (for USA):
Once you’ve selected a specific T-Mobile voice plan, you must also choose a data plan in order for your G1™ to work. You can choose from a data plan that offers 400 messages and unlimited data access for $25 a month—or add unlimited messaging for just $10 more a month.

It has similar features to the iPhone 3G, but it has a better camera; a nice 3.1 MegaPixels. It has a QWERTY Keyboard, Touch Screen, Slightly less memory with 1GB Internal Memory, but you can fit a Memory Card of upto 8GB.
Also Google have made something similar to AppStore on the iPhone. Its called Android Market. You can download a range of different applications wirelessly on the device its self.
Heres a video demo below:
