Hey Guys,
Recently I wrote a post about my experiences with eBay and I decided to give you some pointers when starting and selling on eBay. I have been a member of eBay for about a week now and currently have 5 items up for auction. 3 of the 5 items are going to sell, but the others have yet to get some bidders.
Here’s my 8 Tips:
- Don’t Worry - When I put my first item on eBay I was nervous, as I hadn’t done it before and didn’t know what to expect, its extremely easy to add things. Also don’t be afraid to lie about your age, eBay is not going to cross-check every user registration, the worst that will happen if they will ban your account - nothing serous.
- Naming your product - Choose an appropriate title for your item, don’t have anything that might mislead potential bidders. Keep the description true, don’t start making out that the item is brand spanking new, when it has little scratches because that’s only going to give you had feedback once item is sold.

Hey Guys,
I thought I would highlight the advantages and disadvantages of Google Picasa and Flickr, instead of a highly detailed review, I thought I would make it simpler with bullet points and a rough description beside each! I have used both, and I have to say Google Picasa is far better than Flickr.

Picasas Advantages:
- 1GB of storage - Plenty for your holiday snaps and photography.
- Google owns it - Google is just amazing.
- Usability of features - Extremely easy to use and Google Help makes it even easier.
- iPhone/iPod Touch compatibility - Navigate to http://picasa.google.com/ on your iPhone and see all your photos.
- Easy program to upload images - Very sleek and easy to navigate.
- Add locations to albums/pictures using Google Maps - Mark where the photo was take and never forget.
Picasa Disadvantages:
- Can be slow at times - I have noticed that uploading a large amount of images can take longer than expected.
- Doesn’t allow comments on images - This is a feature I would like on Picasa.

Flickr’s Advantages:
- Social Network - Members can add tags and comments to photos.
- Comments - Flickr allow comments on each photo.
- Tags on images - Great for marking certain parts of an image, users can do it to.
- Large Community - Millions of members.
Flickr’s Disadvantages
- You have to have a Yahoo account - I dislike Yahoo.
- Problems with registration - Took me 45 Minutes to register with Yahoo.
- Website as a whole is slow - I find it slow viewing photos and members.
I have look at this as a photo uploading point of view, I know Flickr has so much more to offer in the ways of communication to other members etc, but for somewhere to store photos I generally think Google Picasa make a Google use of there tools.
Thanks,

Hey Guys,
Well, there seems to be a lot of game previews, so I thought I would mash them all into one post!
All these games look awesome, and I am hopefully going to be the first to buy them, don’t care about the cost, as I am sure Apple wont rip us off to much, we will see as cost has not been confirmed for any Applications yet, well not to the public anyway. What do you think looks the best, I personally like the way Monkey Ball is controlled, looks really nice aswell!
Heres the videos in no order:

Hey Guys,
Well, its about time I did a “Vista Review”, I’m not going to go into great detail, but I will just talk about things I like, or dislike…a lot of people on the internet say that Microsoft Vista is rubbish, not worth the money, buggy and slow, well some of that is true!
I have Vista for a few weeks now, Ultimate Edition 64bit, which is awesome apart from the driver and program issues. I have glad I did purchase the 64bit version as it supports more RAM and also runs a lot faster.
Vista runs fine for me, as I do have a fast PC that can handle just about anything I throw at it, but I can see how some people might have problems with the special affects and transparent title bars…get a better PC ^_^ .
A few people have asked me about Windows Vista Game lag, well sadly I don’t know the solution, as I don’t get any lag in games, people have said that if you turn off the special features that windows offer, you can do this by going to control panel and clicking Performance Information and Tools, then on the right click Adjust Visual Affects , then that might help.
All n’ all I think Windows Vista just needs a good service pack to make it a good Operating System, Service Pack 1 was a big mistake, and I didn’t even install it, after the warning I read about…
Anyway, as I am typing this, I am on my way to Orlando, on a 9 hour flight, yes 9 hours sitting in a plane….pretty cool though, I have a TV screen in front of me, with movies and comedies.
What do you guys think of Windows Vista?
Thanks,

Alright, I rarely buy software, I use freeware and free trials, because I’m a cheap bas*ard. But this thing is just amazing. I’m doing its review in parts, because I’ve not yet used all of its features, but I dont have much free time nowadays, so it could be months before I get to.

This part will focus on the ripping/burning capibilities. Its got a lot more options than WMP, with many rip formats available. It can rip your music into MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC & WAV. And all of them have fully changeable settings(Bitrate & all that). Naturally, you can choose where your files are stored and sorted with ease. Like any decent ripper, it imports your music details, but still leaves them open for editing. One thing that stood out was, (I’m not sure as I dont have a Blu-Ray drive) but I’ve heard its Blu-Ray burner is very good too. It comes with a Normal and and Advanced preset, for people who are and arent experts. But either way, its interface is just amazingly easy to navagate and works beautifully.
