Hey Guys,
I don’t want to be the only one that doesn’t mention GTA 4, well its finally here for the PS3 and the Xbox 360. There are so many different blog posts/reviews and what-not all over the internet, so I am just going to take the most interesting stuff and turn it into a mini-review-like-post.
I purchased GTA 4 today when I finished my college exam - the reason I didn’t get it before was because I wouldn’t revise. The first thing I noticed was the graphical changes. They have re-done the whole engine, so the graphics, physics and environment has completely changed.
Game Reviews
I’m not going to go into too much detail as there are a lot of reviews out there, heres a list of what different game reviewers gave the game on launch (pretty amazing). These scores were gathered from Wikipedia

Hey Guys,
Like most games, there is always a leaked copy going around the internet, well this guy found it!
He has uploaded a video to youtube of him playing GTA IV, its going to be released in 5 days, so if you want to wait until then, dont watch below as it will spoil some of it! Youtube are removing all uploads of GTA IV Videos, so heres one from DailyMotion. The graphics look awesome, much better than previous GTA games.
Cant wait to get it for Xbox 360!

Hey Guys,
Well I am pretty late at jumping on the band-wagon, but I have finally got round to getting a 360!
My brother was selling his xbox for an awesome price, so I had to get it! It came with 5 games, two wireless controllers, 20GB HDD and I added a Xbox to VGA Cable and also a Wireless Adapter thing. I am really impressed with it so far and online play is just unreal. Microsoft have done something right; Xbox Live.
The way xbox live fits in with the whole xbox experience is just awesome. Sadly I cannot get my Wireless Adopter working with my Time Capsule, many people have had the same problem and I am looking for a solution - I will probably dig out the old Airport Extreme and connect that up in my bedroom.
When you get xbox live working, its awesome! Registering an account is seemless, although I was annoyed that I had to have a parents Hotmail account to register as I am under 18. If you are under the age of 18 then your parent must have a hotmail account (I just used one of my old ones, works fine!).
My next purchase might be the Xbox 360 ChatPad (reviewed by Ryan), I am not sure though as I can just plug in a normal USB keyboard which works fine. Also I need a VGA Switcher to allow me to switch between my computer and xbox, as I am using the same monitor for both - its a tad fiddly switching between them manually.
If you want to play with me, then heres my gamertag; WizzzHack
Thanks,
WizzKid
P.S. I will post as I get used to things/new features I find.

Hey Guys,

Ever heard of Rock Band game? Ill tell you a little about it before I start the article properly. It’s going to be pretty similar to Guitar Hero, the way you play the game, but if I am right in saying, there is a Drum Kit, Guitar and Microphone that comes included. This is a lot more than Guitar Hero, as you only got a guitar.
The news I am going to tell you is when it’s going to be released and the price. It has been confirmed that it’s going to come out on the Xbox 360 first on May 23 2008. Sadly the cost will be £180. That is extremely high; I mean you can get an Xbox 360 brand new for £150 (the arcade system).
I can’t see this being a huge hit, just due to the price. Fair enough you get all the kit, but you cannot use the drums or guitar as real instruments, only for the console. What do you think, if you own a Wii, 360 or PS3?
Thanks,
WizzKid

This is just a warning to anyone thinking of doing it. I’ve done it, and its great, but a word of warning, if you decide “Hmm, I think I’ll sit in on Friday and rent a movie” Make sure you rent the movie a while beforehand. I recently rented Transformers in HD, and its 6.6GB, so it takes a while to download. Now, this is understandable, Xbox Live has very good download speeds, and great servers, BUT, if you havent got a good connection, it’ll take some time.
And just so we’re clear, this isn’t Microsofts fault, just incase and fanboys are planning on using this as an excuse to bitch about the 360, its the same with the PS3. This is just a warning, that these are BIG files, so make sure you keep that in mind when renting them, so as not to mess up your plans
